Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Lango Coffee / Java with Brukti online shop.

1. Contracting party

The contracting party is Bruktayt Fekade Desta, Lango Coffee / Java with Brukti, Wambacher Str. 14, 4030 Linz, Austria.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting the order and completing payment via SumUp, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed by us.

3. Products

We sell coffee and complementary products. Images may differ slightly from the actual product. The information on the product page and packaging is decisive.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are final prices in euro. Due to the Austrian small-business regulation, VAT is not shown separately, provided this regulation applies to the operator. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and checkout.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via SumUp. The payment methods available in the checkout are provided by SumUp. The order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Shipping is currently available only within Austria. Details on shipping costs, delivery area and delivery time can be found under Shipping & Payment.

7. Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of obvious transport damage, please contact us promptly so that we can clarify the case quickly.

10. Food information

Please observe the information on the packaging, especially net quantity, best-before date, storage instructions and product name. Coffee should be stored cool, dry and protected from light.

11. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.

These Terms are prepared as a practical online-shop basis. Company/GISA details and tax information should be checked before live sales.
