Delivery area

Online-shop shipping is currently available only within Austria. Orders with a delivery address outside Austria cannot currently be completed through the online shop.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are currently € 4.90 per order within Austria. From an order value of € 50.00, we ship free of charge within Austria, provided the free-shipping option is enabled in the shop.

The applicable shipping costs are shown separately in the cart and checkout before payment.

Delivery time

Delivery is usually made within 3 to 7 working days after successful receipt of payment, unless a different delivery time is stated for the product.

Payment

Payment is processed securely online via SumUp. The payment methods available in the payment window are provided by SumUp. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices and small-business regulation

All prices are final prices in euro. Due to the Austrian small-business regulation, VAT is not shown separately, provided this regulation applies to the operator.

Pickup / special arrangements

Pickup or delivery outside Austria is possible only by prior individual agreement and is not part of the automatic online-shop checkout.
